Last night, I was up for hours feeling incredibly nostalgic and going through my old, old photographs (from nearly three years ago, so the self-portraits, like this, are quite out-dated). I was filled with regret at not picking up a camera in months, and I was reminded of how much photography means to me, and how much making art other than writing means to me. Writing is important- so important -but I do not want to forget about my photos again. I will, if I can, try to cover both art forms simultaneously. (and I have recovered a whole slew of old works here, though I will try to pick up my camera again soon and create new things, too).
